staff are fully trained by our Principals and receive regular training updates. Our Service workshop is
fully equipped to service current specification and “legacy” systems. All common spares are held in
stock.
Customer Service Standards: When you call Clairet for Service and support during normal office hours (9am-
5pm) your call will be answered personally, not by an automated system. The person answering the call will be
able to assist you or direct your call to the appropriate person to assist you
